MYBOS is a great building management system with a useful bunch of features. I have implemented it in my building with very good results. With about six-months experience, I am a relatively new user but I use it nearly every day – so it is fairly embedded into our building’s affairs. The system is very user friendly and easy to learn. The unified calendar is a big plus. Cases are raised and work orders are processed totally from within the system. Messaging features provide for easy broadcasts which is great for notifications, announcements and emergencies. It performs very well and I have not come across any serious bugs or crashes. In fact, I can see the vendor continuously improving the system because the product is getting better every day. As a suggestion, I would like budgeting to be more advanced. Regardless, it is overall a very good solution for facility management. Totally recommended.
